SHAC Center's 3rd Annual Free Thanksgiving Dinner
Last year nearly 40 people enjoyed the comradery of dining together at the SHAC Center. There were also 40 take out meals. We provided dozens of meals to seniors and the unhoused in Albany and Wynantskill and provided 50 meals to Troy Sidewalk Warriors to distribute Thursday Evening.

SHAC Center/Sand Lake Turkey Trot 5k
During the first annual SHAC Community Center/ Sand Lake, New York 5K Run/Walk & Kids Fun Run was a huge success thanks to all of the fantastic volunteers and sponsors. Several hundred friends joined us for a morning of fun, fitness, and community spirit at the Sand Lake / SHAC Center Turkey Trot!
Please join us for the 2nd Annual Thanksgiving 5k. Join us for raffle prizes from local businesses and vendor tables. If you would like to contribute without participating, please visit our Fundraising Page.

KId's Run: Free
5k: $20 adults, $15 for under 18*
Beginning Nov 1: $25 for adults, $20 for under 18*
Beginning Nov 25: $30 for adults, $25 for under 18*
Discounted rate will be automatically applied at checkout for those who qualify
